Christine Trotta is a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department at Cambridge Health Alliance. She was born in Pensacola, Florida, and received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology at the University of Virginia. After graduating, Christine remained in Richmond, working as an EMT and as a research assistant providing neuropsychological testing for patients with traumatic brain injury at Virginia Commonwealth University. She graduated from Wake Forest Physican Assistant school in 2013, and moved to Boston, Massachusetts to begin working as an emergency medicine physician assistant. She enjoys working with different populations and is eager to begin practicing international medicine. She loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and music. In her spare time, she enjoys running along the Charles River in Boston and is always ready for a pick-up soccer match.
