Christine Dunn

Ms. Dunn is the President and Founder of Savoir Media. Ms. Dunn founded Savoir Media in 2006 after more than a decade working at Bloomberg News. Using her experience as a reporter, and as a leader within Bloomberg’s organization, Ms. Dunn applies her multimedia and content development skills to the marketing and media projects she manages for Savoir Media clients. At Bloomberg, Ms. Dunn led the North American Consumer/Retail Team after four years working as a reporter and editor. In June 2002, she was named Bureau Chief of Boston, Bloomberg’s second-largest market in North America.

Before joining Bloomberg, Ms. Dunn spent two years working and studying in Tokyo and completed a master’s degree in Asian studies and international business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University, and also earned certificates for Japanese language study at Keio University and the International Conversation Academy in Tokyo.

In addition to her consulting work, Ms. Dunn is on the Advisory Board of Tufts University’s Entrepreneurship and Leadership Program, and is on the Board of the Belmont Foundation for Education.

A longtime member of the Asian American Journalists Association, Ms. Dunn has contributed to Compliance Week’s online and print publications, focusing on internal controls and auditing issues, and has written for ComputerWorld, Chief Content Officer, CMI News (a division of the Content Marketing Institute) and the Walt Disney Co. website She currently authors “Dollar for Dollar,” the personal finance column for The Boston Globe’s website.
